I’m Cindy Melksham, a PACFA-registered counsellor with a Master of Counselling and a background in psychology, group facilitation, and wellbeing work across community and education settings.

Based in Melbourne, I provide online counselling and coaching Australia-wide. My work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
